Shipping

Orders generally leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

For US order, we have a 2-6 business days shipping time depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. You will see an estimated delivery window in checkout for your order.

Orders shipped internationally are generally in transit for 4 - 22 days. An estimated delivery will show in checkout for your order.

Shipping Protection

During checkout you have the option to add Green Shipping Protection. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all we’ve got you covered. If your order arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, no worries! Simply follow these easy instructions to place a reorder. Submit your issue above and the support team will get right back to you. All you need is your order number and email address used to place the order.

Returns

Items are eligible for return within 30 days. Your item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in original packaging with the tags still attached. They should be free of any signs of wear, stains, odors, or visible marks from deodorant, makeup, or perfumes.

Returns: A $9.99 restocking fee applies to all returns.

Exchanges: The first exchange is free. Any additional exchanges will incur a $9.99 restocking fee.

Store Credit: If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, the restocking fee will be waived.

If an item is returned and appears to be worn upon inspection, you can choose from the following options:

1. Have the item sent back to you.

2. Receive store credit minus a 10% cleaning fee (restocking fee waived with store credit).

3. Receive a partial refund minus a 10% cleaning fee plus a $9.99 restocking fee.
