I AM NOT SURE ABOUT MY SIZE. HOW DO I MEASURE MYSELF?
- Measure your rib cage
Wrap a measuring tape around your rib cage, just above your breast and under your armpits. Breathe in and out. Bend and rotate your torso. Loosen the measuring tape until you are comfortable while keeping your finger on the tape to mark the measurement. Write this number down.
- Measure your bust
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping your finger on the tape to mark the measurement. Write this number down.

The number represents your rib cage circumference, while the cup size can be calculated by subtracting your rib cage circumference from bust (bust - rib cage = cup size).
The cup sizes begin with A, which represents approximately 1 inch in volume, and progress in increments of about 1 inch for each subsequent size, such as B with approximately 2 inches, C with approximately 3 inches, and so forth.
